When should you have Bianchi Design get involved?

As soon as possible! The pool should not be an afterthought!

If your home is built already, then allow us to help you with the master plan for any of the future improvements you would like to explore.

If your home is not built yet, then we can help shape the entire projects integration with the site, right from the beginning.

For example, on a hillside lot, we can collaborate with your architect and builder to help set the finish floor elevation of the house in order to ensure that the pool wall itself can be used as the pool barrier, thereby eliminating the pool fence and maximizing views.

Another example would be working in tandem with your civil engineer to esthetically shape any contouring of the land and site retaining walls as part of the design for the pool and yard spaces, thereby integrating the home itself (not just the pool!) into the site as sensitively as possible and as cost effectively as possible.

Regardless of where you are in the time line, our forte is orchestrating the intent of all of the specialty disciplines, (architect, landscape architect, civil engineer, pool contractor, etc) so that all are working together for a common vision: your dream project. But to work at that level, we need to be part of the team early on…
